Today's dinner is a total blast. We headed down to Central mall for this Japanese restaurant, Ma Maison, located at level 3. They serve really good fusion food and you wouldnt want to give it a miss if you are a Jap. food lover. The pasta that comes with really nice fish roe, that makes the spaghetti more crunchy sweet. Ho's steak looks mouth watering to me too, esp. with the sunny side up egg on top. Sher's has got the blackest thing on earth. The pasta was coated with this black element that squids let out during their escape from the preys. And they looks highly attractive. So black isnt a bad food colour afterall. Jun's curry katsudon is nice too, thou' i dint try the curry. The chicken is well fried with golden crisp skin. Not to worry, you dont find grease on ur plate. I believe they are relatively healthy food with minimal salt and msg. The sauages and chicken wings made good appetizers and I have to admit that this is one of the best chix i have ever had. Cos they are simply good without any dipping sauce.
