The loanshark got evil and he resorted to splashing paint onto my neighbour's door this late afternoon. I was stunned and cudnt believe my eyes. Whass before me was a door coated with splashing black paint and my unit number scribbled on the walls.

He decided to put an end to it by paying up.

But who bears the consequences if there's another time?
